Our 8 Weeks of discovery

  • Understand the concept of alchemy and its application to dreams and personal movement.

  • Explore how inherited patterns shape our lives and choices in our dreams and waking life.

  • Apply family constellations and their role in inherited patterns and dream symbolism.

  • Identify key family dynamics and their impact on individual lives which often show up through our dreams.

  • Learn techniques for enhancing dream recall and interpretation, as well as dream re-entry.

  • Discover your own symbolic dream language.

  • Begin a dream journaling practice whether or not you remember your dreams.

  • Map your dreams to connect the dots between recurring themes, symbols, and inherited patterns.

  • Understand the dream guide’s role in working with others’ dream images.

  • Explore techniques for healing ancestral wounds through dream and constellation work.

  • Learn to embrace the shadow self in dreams and waking life.

  • Understand personal shadow work to explore and heal hidden aspects of the self.

  • Reclaim personal power through your dreams so it can be integrated into your waking life.

  • Practice exercises for stepping into your authentic power to nurture your integrated parts from your dreams.

  • Create personalized practices to anchor transformational experiences.

2 hrs each week on Zoom.

Sessions are recorded and made available for the duration of the class.
