Together, we’ll explore powerful journaling practices that support emotional awareness, goal setting, and the manifestation of your dreams. Each session includes guided writing prompts, reflective exercises, and optional constellation-inspired activities to deepen your connection with yourself and your vision for the future.
Weekly Structure:
90 Minute Journaling Space: Focused writing exercises, discussions, and reflective practices.
Free Morning Writing Time (20 minutes): A guided writing session offered once weekly to maintain momentum and build a daily habit. Time TBA
