As someone who recently published her first book, String Theory, A Life, I know firsthand how powerful a writing practice can be. My journey began with journaling to prompts, allowing me to uncover hidden truths, process emotions, and develop the discipline to write consistently. Now, I want to help you do the same.
In this 4-week journaling course, you'll learn how to use writing as a tool for reflection, healing, and creativity. Each 90-minute session will guide you through meaningful prompts, techniques to bypass inner resistance, and exercises to help you tap into your authentic voice.
